Utility Concierge’s goal is to be a one-stop shop that takes care of all utilities and home services to save a home buyer time, money, and stress when moving into a new home. Our team thrives on helping customers make the best choices for saving time and money when moving homes. Everyone needs utilities, so our team provides services to make it quick and easy.  Our team members love talking on the phone, meeting goals, and helping customers get what they need. 

As a part of the Sales and Leadership Development Program, you will work hand-in-hand with managers, trainers, and senior leaders to set your foundation to a successful career in sales and leadership. Over the course of up to two-years, you will have the opportunity to graduate from the multi-step career advancement program into a leadership or senior sales role. Each day, week, and month, you will learn to meet and exceed goals while providing our customers with mind-blowing customer experiences. 

Utility Concierge’s Sales and Leadership Development program includes competitive benefits package, company holidays, and vacation in addition to short sales cycles and the opportunity for uncapped commissions. 

Sales and Leadership Development Program Responsibilities:

  • Educate the customers on their options and help them select the best utility choices.
  • Communicate with existing and past customers to generate new leads.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments and ensure they are continually satisfied with their services.

​​Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • Business, communications, or sales degree preferred.
  • Prior sales experience desired. 
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred. 
  • Salesforce and/or comparable CRM experience is preferred.
