Marketing Director

We are looking for a talented Marketing Director to join our growing organization. The Marketing Director is responsible for driving and executing the overall marketing strategies for Utility Concierge. This position works closely with the Business Development, Sales, and Human Resources departments to meet current business needs along with integrating individual department needs into a wholistic marketing strategy for Utility Concierge to enhance its brand.

Essential Job Functions/Duties:

  • Utilizes marketing Key Performance Indicators and perform analyses on data to determine marketing strategies for opportunities with existing clients, and existing and new referral partners
  • Builds and executes marketing plans based on market sizing, opportunity analysis, key messaging, pricing analysis and ROI; Communicates marketing plans to stakeholders
  • Prepare forecasts for market segments; develops and executes solutions to meet those segment needs
  • Lead Marketing team to execute projects and daily/weekly/monthly tasks, such as creating marketing materials for customers, referral partners, and applicants (e.g., social media and email campaigns)
  • Responsible for the management of Utility Concierge’s outsourced marketing agency and its deliverables, to include budget management and ensuring delivery of quantitative analytics to asses ROI
  • Works with Human Resources to develop and maintain the Utility Concierge Employee Value Proposition and Campus Recruiting strategy to attract candidates
  • Responsible for the management of the full employee lifecycle of the Marketing department
    Leads the interviewing and selection of personnel for Marketing positions
    Evaluates team’s key performance indicators and ability to execute on deliverables
    Provides training, coaching, and counseling for performance and development to team members
    Responsible for the evaluation, preparation, and delivery of employee performance evaluations
  • Other job duties as assigned and deemed appropriate by management

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of previous marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of media experience (i.e., digital, social media, experience marketing)

Other Qualifications:

  • Prior supervisory/managerial experience
  • Exceptional project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and successfully
  • Proficiency with MS Office products
  • Ability to utilize data to make effective business decisions and problem-solve
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships
  • Self-driven and independently motivated
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, delivering results on-time
  • Demonstrated success working in and delivering results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience developing communication plans
  • Proficiency with Pardot, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and web/social media analysis tools
