Sales Manager Assistant

We’re looking for a tech-savvy Sales Manager Assistant to join our team! This role will support leaders in Utility Concierge’s Sales Department by handling general administrative duties for the department to ensure the execution of daily business functions and overall success of the business.

Essential Job Functions/Duties:

  • Maintain Sales team scorecards (daily, weekly, monthly) to communicate department goals
  • Maintain a daily attendance checklist to include who is working or absent to ensure customer support (i.e., turn leads off, reassign leads, set out of office, forward phones, sales coaching, etc.)
  • Perform audits of Sales’ reports and systems to include Salesforce and TalkDesk
  • Schedule recurring team meetings and manage the calendars of multiple leaders
  • Maintain the Sales training tracker and ensuring team members obtain and complete required training (e.g., DocuSign, product knowledge/certification, lead source, territory/coverage, etc.)
  • Maintain Lead Pacing tracker for Sales team members
  • Prepare and maintain slide decks for weekly sales meetings
  • Ensure that the sales management team is keeping proper documentation for monthly reviews (i.e., ensure weekly 1:1s are documented)
  • Other job duties as assigned and deemed appropriate by management

Basic Qualifications:

  • Some college level coursework completion
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative assistant experience

Other Qualifications:

  • Intermediate MS Office product skills, especially Excel
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver various tasks completely and accurately under general supervision
  • Ability to learn systems/software quickly

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Intermediate experience with Google workspace products
  • Experience with/knowledge of Salesforce
