We are seeking an organized multi-tasker with exceptional attention to detail to join our growing team as an Order Processing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of a customer’s order for various Home Utilities, Security & Automation services. This role plays a key role in ensuring a mind-blowing customer service for all our clients.
- Manage all aspects of the customer order from start to finish.
- Communicate with the customer to verify details and process the order.
- Handle any issues or delays in the installation process.
- Optimize Customer Experience by serving as the main point of contact for any requests or questions.
- Setup follow up prior to date of move.
- Provide mind-blowing customer service post move and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be comfortable on the phone.
- Proficient navigating the internet and using various softwares.
- Experience processing orders or vendor coordination is preferred.
