Positions to fill:
Personal Concierge: A Personal Concierge engages in relationships with our referral partners and personally handles the clients they send in. The Personal Concierge educates the client on their home service options and helps them select the best product for their wants and needs. As a Concierge you will work with regional vendors and Fortune 500 national vendors. This is an inside sales position so you will need to love talking on the phone. Each call you make gives you the opportunity help our customers save time and money while providing mind-blowing customer experiences. A Personal Concierge needs to be very comfortable with technology, have a passion for customer service, and enjoy being a part of a high octane team.
Customer Service Coordinator: A Customer Service Coordinator at Utility Concierge has the opportunity to own the relationships we have with our clients. A team member of this role will find great satisfaction in delivering mind-blowing customer experiences. For success, a Coordinator must be able to multi-task and stay organized in a fast paced work environment while maintaining high quality work. As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be managing clients' orders and the relationship with the clients from the time of the order through the installation. A member of our customer service team will have strong communication skills, be a problem solver, be professional, be organized, and be motivated.
Business Development: A member of our business development team will be responsible for creating and nurturing relationships with our referral partners. The team finds and educates real estate professionals on our value proposition, creating a referral relationship. This is an inside/outside sales position that involves networking events and office visits to educate and train on Utility Concierge. In many ways, our business development team is the face of Utility Concierge. A member of our business development team needs to be a strong networker, comfortable with public speaking, and motivated by growth.
Corporate Recruiter: The ideal candidate will excel in researching, interviewing, screening, and referring job candidates for job openings. Need to be experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and implementation. Some HR functions will also be required of this position.
