Step One: Consultation
Schedule a quick call and let us know about your current services and what your goals are. Are your services good, but you think you might be paying too much? Or have some of your providers been disappointing, and you’re looking for new companies and great deals? Just let us know how things are going and what you’re looking to do, and that’s all we need to get started!
Step Two: Research and Preparation
You go back to your day while your Personal Concierge gets to work preparing a custom plan for you based on your concerns.
Step Three: You Make the Selections
When your Personal Concierge is done, they’ll call you to go over everything and let you know what they found. They’ll tell you all of your options, answer any questions you have, and then you can decide if you want to make any changes.
Step Four: We Make the Connection
If you do want to make changes to any of your current utility or home service providers, your Personal Concierge set up your appointments to have a technician come out and make the switch, at a time and date that’s convenient for your schedule. Simple as that!
