You let us know what needs to be set up, like electricity, internet, and home security, and we’ll do the rest!
Our specially-trained concierges will research all of your options and prepare a custom plan that fits your needs and your budget. Not only does this save you time and money, it doesn’t cost you a penny! That’s right, our fees are paid by the service providers you end up selecting, not by us.

How does it work?
Step One: Consultation
Schedule a quick call with one of the Personal Concierges in our Dallas headquarters. On the call, let them know what services will need to be set up, when you want them to start, and what’s important to you in terms of budget and services. Are you looking for fast internet and a TV package with every channel on the planet, or are you looking for more basic services on a tighter budget? Just let us know your preferences, and we’ll get to work!
Step Two: Research and Preparation
You focus on the rest of your moving to-do list while your Personal Concierge is hard at work preparing your custom plan with the latest technology and deals.
Step Three: You Make the Selections
Your Personal Concierge will let you know when they’re done, and you’ll have a follow up call to discuss all of the options and deals they found. You can compare everything, ask us for recommendations, and when you’re ready, let us know your selections. Simple as that!
Step Four: We Make the Connections
Your Personal Concierge will contact the companies you selected and get everything scheduled for the day and time you choose. And if anything goes wrong, like they don’t show up when they’re supposed to, you can follow back up and we’re happy to help again.
