Anthony moved to Dallas in the summer looking for a change and fell in love with Texas. It’s a good thing considering he’s been a lifelong Cowboys fan! He also roots for the Mets and the Islanders. He is a lover of great food: both eating and cooking and he’s looking forward to the next chapter of his life and all the challenges that are sure to come with it.
