Gabe Abshire grew up in Port Arthur, Texas. The University of North Texas brought him to the Dallas metroplex where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business. Gabe was also involved with the fraternity Lambda Chi Alpha. Shortly after graduating, he married his wife and they have been blessed with a son and a daughter. In 2009, Gabe developed the idea that became the concept that is Move Concierge.

Meet Jason Lindwall, Move Concierge’s first President, a visionary leader joining in late 2023. With a career marked by driving growth and integrating cutting-edge technologies, Jason is set to lead us into the next chapter, ensuring Move Concierge remains the go-to service for seamless home service connections.

Excited about our commitment to excellence, he looks forward to leveraging our strong foundation to exceed client expectations and drive innovation, solidifying our position as a leader in utility management.

Kevin joined Move Concierge at the start of 2015 as the COO. He had spent the previous 10 years helping to build one of the largest personal lines insurance agencies in the country. Kevin grew up in Madison, NJ. Kevin loves spending time with his wife and four wonderful children. His hobbies include sports, good food, traveling, and his children’s various activities. Kevin is an Eagle Scout and stays involved in Boy Scouts of America. He attended Brigham Young University where he earned a BS in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance.

Billy Jack joined Move Concierge in 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience in marketing, brand strategy, art direction and content development. His expertise’s include B2B, B2C and B2B2C marketing across diverse industries like real estate, financial services, and tech.

Ryan joined the Move Concierge leadership team in early 2018. Ryan has a passion for creating a positive work culture and building sales organizations. Previous to Move Concierge, Ryan led the growth of one of Utah’s top 25 fastest growing startup companies, as well as overseeing the growth and development of many sales professionals within other organizations. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He enjoys sports and spending time with family and friends. Ryan attended Brigham Young University and earned a BS degree in Business Management.

Hillary joined Move Concierge as the head of our HR department in 2024. She has worked in HR for 20 years and strives to support her team in an environment where they can thrive and be successful.

Outside of the office, Hillary enjoys cooking, playing golf and cheering for the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Jim joined Move Concierge in 2024 with over twenty years of executive experience creating and leading effective learning solutions for his teams. 

Jim’s mission is to create cultures of learning, continuous improvement, and accountability while aligning learning and development initiatives with key performance metrics and business outcomes. He is an engaging facilitator and a sought-after speaker at industry events.

Jeff has a background in Real Estate Tech going back a decade. He started out at Circlepix where he managed the NE region and helped lead the company to an acquisition by Inside Real Estate. After that Jeff joined Zillow on their enterprise team, where he got to work on projects like the Zillow Flex and Zillow iBuyer Programs. Next he worked with an Australian tech company, Activepipe. There, Jeff built and launched their US sales team, where he led the team to be acquired by MoxiWorks in less than 3 years. Most recently Jeff worked at Blueprint Title where he built their sales team from scratch to work with large private equity firms and investors like Invitation Homes, AvantStay, and Padsplit.

Jeff lives in New Orleans with his fiancé (Amanda) and dog (Remy). When he’s not working he loves watching live jazz bands on Frenchmen Street, listening to a good book on audible, and is an avid fan of anything to do with the Oklahoma Sooners.

Reed Huffstetler has spent his entire career in the telecommunications industry. He joined Move Concierge in 2014 as a Personal Concierge and later transitioned to a customer service role. He now leads our Service department and enjoys growing the team that takes an extreme amount of pride in the MC customer experience. Prior to joining the MC family, Reed held sales and service roles at Verizon Communications.

In his free time, Reed loves to go bay fishing in the gulf and heads for the water every chance he gets.

Dennis joined the Move Concierge team in 2017. He was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and is a father of two beautiful daughters who keep him very busy.

Alex joined Move Concierge in May 2020. He manages partnerships to ensure the concierge team has the right providers and products for our customers across the country. Prior to joining the MC family, Alex’s diverse experience ranges from the insurance industry to the U.S. Congress. He enjoys learning, laughing, being outside, and most importantly being with his family.

Michaella joined Move Concierge in 2017. She enjoys being able to connect with each of her clients in a different way and says relieving some stress during a really intense time is the best part of her job.

Michaella’s hometown is Texarkana, Texas. In her free time, she enjoys photography, making music, reading, and rooting for the Lakers.

Kailey joined the Move Concierge team in 2018 and says her favorite thing about the company is the culture. She received a degree in Criminal Justice from Tarleton State University and enjoys traveling, brunching, reading and listening to true crime podcasts in her free time.

Emily joined the Move Concierge team in 2020 and says the company culture is the best part of her job.

Originally from Hurst, Texas, Emily attended the University of Texas at Dallas where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience. When she’s not working, she loves watching football cheering on her favorite teams, the Cowboys!

Pablo joined Move Concierge in 2024, bringing his extensive experience in sales and management to the team. Outside of work, Pablo is a true adventure enthusiast. He loves hiking local trails, paintball matches, and drag racing.

Sydney joined the Move Concierge team in March of 2022. She is an Oregon native (Go Ducks) but absolutely loves the sun! In her spare time she enjoys fitness, traveling, her dog, and spending time with her family and friends.

Richard started working at Move Concierge in 2017. He received a BS from Texas A&M University. In his spare time he enjoys watching movies and music production.

Joshua joined the team in July 2021. With over 5 years of recruiting experience, he currently leads the recruiting team with the goal of bringing in top talent. He prides himself in providing an excellent candidate experience from application to hire date. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his spouse and two dogs (Miniature Schnauzer and Goldendoodle), trying new food spots, and traveling.

Vincent joined the team in 2024 and loves interacting with the team and helping candidates through the interview process. Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Vincent moved to the DFW area in 2017. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports, watching movies, and spending time with his family and friends.

Kayla graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler with a Marketing degree in August 2017 and moved from Houston to Dallas. She is a huge sports fanatic; her favorites being soccer and football. She grew up playing soccer as well. In her free time, you can find her reading a good book, playing some guitar, or being out and about with friends.

Javier joined the Move Concierge team in 2020. He says the best thing about his job is helping his clients save lots of time and money.

Jeanie joined the Move Concierge team in 2016, bringing with her 20 years of experience in the retail industry. She says the best part of her job is hearing that she helped her clients save money.

Jeanie was born and raised in the Bay Area and loves to cheer on the San Francisco Giants, Forty-Niners and Golden State Warriors. She double majored at Arizona State University earning bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Management. Jeanie loves traveling and discovering new foods, wines and beers to enjoy.

Roberta joined Move Concierge in 2017, bringing with her 20 years of experience in customer service and sales.

Roberta is originally from New York City, and also grew up in Kansas City, Missouri. She attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and earned a degree in Political Science. In her spare time, she is very involved in her son’s school and local community projects such as the local food bank and animal rescue.

Sheena joined the Move Concierge team in 2016 and brings with her over a decade of administrative experience supporting c-suite executives. When she started, she held the title of Executive Assistant to our CEO, Gabe Abshire, and COO, Kevin Hockenjos. In 2019 she was promoted and is now responsible for MC’s Office Management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Minor in Art from Dallas Baptist University. When she is not working, her favorite thing to do is spend time with her husband and three children.

Jermaine joined the Move Concierge team in 2021, and has won multiple awards for outstanding client service.

When he’s not helping clients, he enjoys cheering on Houston sports teams — especially the Astros. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Houston – Downtown.

Michelle found her home at Move Concierge in early 2019. She graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Journalism and Public Relations and started her career in internal communications at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. After moving back to the Dallas area, she honed her writing skills as a copywriter for a marketing agency, then transitioned to manage marketing efforts for both B2B and B2C companies.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys wine tasting, yoga and nature walks. She is engaged and planning her big day.

Jason joined the Move Concierge team in 2022. When he’s not helping clients or coaching his team, he enjoys carpentry, playing sports and video games.

Aaron joined the Move Concierge team in 2020. He was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri and moved to Texas when after graduating high school. When he’s not working, Aaron enjoys refereeing combative sports like MMA and Boxing.

Taylor joined Move Concierge in 2020. She loves helping people find the right solutions for their homes and says making her clients’ lives easier is the best part of her job.

Taylor enjoys socializing and spending time with family. In her free time, she can often be found at the spa for some pampering, spending the afternoon on the lake or an evening bonfire with friends.

Daniel joined Move Concierge in 2020. When he isn’t helping clients seamlessly move into their new homes, he enjoys rooting for the Cowboys, playing video games, and working with computers.
