What are the hours of operation for Move Concierge?

Monday – Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm Central Standard Time

We have optional weekends available.

If remote, will there be any circumstance where it is mandatory that I must come to Dallas?

No, it will not be mandatory to travel to Dallas; however remote employees are certainly welcome and encouraged to visit the home office.

How is Move Concierge’s employee turnover rate?

As a company, we have a low turnover rate. Our sales team does experience turnover during training as some hires find out that outbound phone sales is not their passion. Once new hires are out of training, the turnover falls dramatically.

No, we help homeowners set up services across the country.

What is the pay structure for the sales position?

We are paid bi-weekly, while bonuses and commissions are paid out monthly. During training, you will be on a base + bonus structure. Once you are done with training, you will be on a base + bonuses + uncapped commission structure.

How many sales on average are your sales reps achieving?

5-8 sales per day.

What does the training program look like?

Training is approximately 5 – 8 months during the hours of 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (CST) Monday – Friday. During training, you will be on a base salary + bonus structure.

What do the daily sales goals look like?

Everyone has a daily need of a certain amount of revenue that they need to hit in order to stay on track and pace for goal. This looks different for everyone since each goal is adjusted specifically for each individual. At the end of the day, hitting your monthly goal is what is most important and those daily and weekly goals are just there to help you stay on track.
