Michelle found her home at Utility Concierge in early 2019. She graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Journalism and Public Relations and started her career in internal communications at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. After moving back to the Dallas area, she honed her writing skills as a copywriter for a marketing agency, then transitioned to manage marketing efforts for both B2B and B2C companies. In her free time, Michelle enjoys wine tasting, yoga and nature walks.
