Roberta joined Utility Concierge in 2017, bringing with her 20 years of experience in customer service and sales.
Roberta is originally from New York City, and also grew up in Kansas City, Missouri. She attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and earned a degree in Political Science. In her spare time, she is very involved in her son’s school and local community projects such as the local food bank and animal rescue.
